Antonela develops her main artistic production through the composition of acoustic instrumental works, including chamber music, solo works, and two pieces for a large orchestra. Her pieces are often slow and quiet, seeking intimacy and the creation of contemplative atmospheres or moods, in which she draws on explorations of color, melody, and textures. She looks for subtlety and detail, giving relevance to the poetic meaning of resonance and silence might have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In recent years, through her participation in some workshops and festivals, she had the opportunity to work with some relevant musicians such as AntiquaNova Tr\u00edo, pianist Bruno Mesz, guitarist Pablo Boltshauser, d\u00fao \u201cQuiz\u00e1s\u201d, d\u00fao \u201cManos a las Obras\u201d from Argentina; Quartetto Maurice, Michele Marco Rossi and Carolin Ralser from Italy; and Ensemble \u201cPuJoa\u201d from Paraguay. On the other hand, she had the experience of working on an interdisciplinary piece with choreographer Mar\u00eda Zegna and performer Ina Morales (Argentina).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She studied music composition with composers Mar\u00eda Cecilia Villanueva, Carlos Mastropietro, Marcelo Alejandro Rodr\u00edguez, Leandra Yulita, and Jos\u00e9 Manuel Serrano at the Faculty of Arts, National University of La Plata (Argentina) where she graduated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, she took courses privately with composers Patricia Mart\u00ednez and Marcos Franciosi with the support of two scholarships awarded by the National Fund of the Arts in 2016 and 2020 respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is currently continuing and deepening her studies in composition with composer, teacher, and researcher Dr. Luis Menacho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2022 she began working in the field of research through an internship at the Laboratory for the Study of Musical Experience - LEEM (FDA-UNLP). Subsequently, having been a beneficiary of the EVC-CIN Scholarship, she began to develop a research project called Links between body movement and structural sound parameters in the music of Marcos Franciosi, on which she is currently working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a teacher, she is currently working in primary and high schools. During the years 2019, 2020, and 2021 she was Ad Honorem Assistant in the Chair of Introduction to Composition of the Faculty of Arts of the National University of La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
